Making chocolate liqueurs is not a simple process! We have had fun experimenting and perfecting our technique!
This has now become one of our popular Festive Season lines.
Our very first effort began when we breezed into the local Supermarket at 10 am and, rather pink-faced, purchased a tiny bottle of liqueur.
This is a glimpse of a batch of liqueurs in the making! They are left to form a fine crystal casing, before being dipped into warm molten chocolate. When set, they are decorated and then wrapped in foil.
